Majid leads the medical malpractice insurance team at healthcare firm Capsticks with considerable experience advising the NHS , Lloyds underwriters, and a leading medical defence organisation on claims and associated proceedings relating to clinical negligence, product liability and clinical trials. Majid also helped set up and co- leads the digital health group at Capsticks providing advice to clients on all aspects of digital health and AI in healthcare. Majid’s own area of expertise is advising clients on litigation and risk management associated with consent , digital health and AI and these are topics which he has spoken about at national and international conferences.
